VCGamers also provides daily up-to-date information about gaming, esports, tech and gadget through VCNews. Based in Bekasi, Indonesia, VCGamers also collaborates with ecosystem partners, such as brands, esports teams, game developers and publishers, event organizers, and more.

Powered by blockchain technology, VCGamers has launched its own cryptocurrency, $VCG, which will have utility across the VCGamers ecosystem. $VCG runs on the Binance Smart Chain and is built on top of a game-agnostic and platform-agnostic social commerce network. Any games or metaverses linked to it will benefit from VCGamers pre-existing infrastructure, community, and features, including token staking and NFT marketplace.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field

Soft skill Requirements:

Communication, Relationship Building, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Adaptability, Time Management & Emotional Intelligence.

Experience Requirements (Preferable):

Have completed an internship or have 1-2 years of entry-level HR recruitment or development experience.

Familiarity with HR software and technology, such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, psychological tools and assessments.

Responsibilities

1. Determine the job requirement & develop the job description
2. Posting Job Vacancies
3. Screen resume, conduct interviews & psychological tests
4. Implementing programs to support employee development, engagement, and retention.
5. Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
6. Collaborate with employees' superiors to analyze and report on HR metrics.
7. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on a variety of topics, such as career development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategy and goals.
