Job Description
AYANA Hospitality is a leading hospitality company in Indonesia renowned for its excellent services and unparalleled luxury experience. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer to join our team at our AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment.
As our ideal candidate, you have a passion for talent management and a keen eye for top talent. You have experience working in a hospitality setting and are skilled in building positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. You are a decisive individual who isn't afraid to take initiative and provide valuable insights to drive success for our company.
Responsibilities
  • Adherence to pre, during and post employment checklists
  • Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Assist line managers in the recruitment, induction, training, development, and succession
  • Initiate programs which foster good work relations such as social club and consultative committees
  • Ensure information relating to industrial instruments is readily available to all Staff and Managers
  • Prepares and administers detailed induction program for new staff
  • Assist managers in developing work practices that are in line with OH &S policies
  • Ensure Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures
  • Adhere to time frames established by Head Office
  • Data Base Management
  • Maintenance and administration of OH&S work place cases, as well as the management of rehabilitation programs
  • Assist with line staff counseling and career management
  • Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
  • Manage standardized responses to correspondence
  • Assist Human Resources for day-to-day activities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
