Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities:

·Understand end-to-end recruitment process and job requirements.

·Post ads in job portals and social media.

·Assist in talent/market mapping - research of potential candidate.

·Source and screen for candidates, sit-in for phone interviews and join senior consultants for face to face/ video interviews.

·Prepare profiles for shortlisted candidates.

·Any administrative duties as assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:

·Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any fields

·Good communicator, responsible, self-disciplined and self-starter.

·Fluency in English is a must. (Will have to liaise with English-speaking clients and users).
