Job Description

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team, to drive the customer success and customer experience function across TalentHunt, build interactions with customers, as well as solve their problems and needs. She/he will also encourage the customer to get the best from what we offer and think of ways to improve and systematize customer experience. She/he will manage client retention rates, job renewal (farming), and upsell different products line to clients through business transformation.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Manage client retention rates, job renewal (farming), and upsell different products line to Glints’ key clients (increase wallet share)
  • Work to perform in analyzing Glints key customers' satisfaction and needs, which may open up new opportunities for cooperation
  • Manage long term partnerships and provide outstanding service to the client on commercial and rally for differentiated support from the larger organization (CLV)
  • Identify the client's value chain and ultimately create value map strategies for our own set of customers
  • As a consultant for our hiring partners, providing the business solutions through Glints products
Who We Are Looking For


  • Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets either in sales, key account management, or a similar function
  • Comfortable working with early-stage products, i.e. you work well with uncertainty and like taking responsibility
  • Comfortable talking with the CEO level and dealing with enterprise accounts
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in sales, account management, customer-facing success, support, or other relevant roles
  • Able to develop account development plan for each of Enterprise and Key Accounts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue management principles and practices
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Process-driven: high attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Must have - Advanced English proficiency: able to converse and write well in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
