Job Summary
To identify and analyze the training needs of business customers, delivering a wide spectrum of training solutions and providing advice to enable customers to solve a problem or improve business.
Job Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Training area
• Strong verbal and communication

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
Facilitate the licensing & appointment process for companies and/or individuals that require insurance licenses in the various states for the sale of products.

• Analyze needs, develop and recommend alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by meeting regularly with customers when no specific initiative is underway.
• Provide input for the development of training manuals, coverage brochures, and other related matters.
• Anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend changes.
• Provide technical advice that enables a customer to solve a problem or improve business.
• Resolve technical issues within function or unit.
• Lead short-term (3 to 9 months), defined scope projects.

Business Accountabilities
Lead the implementation of projects for a function or business area to deliver defined objectives (e.g. sales process improvement) with allocated resources and in timescales typically of less than one year.

• Develop and manage on-going relationships with key internal stakeholders, distributors and customers in order to identify and deliver solutions that benefit both parties.
• Evaluate the most complex customer/distributor issues and service requests and develop bespoke technical solutions to enable the organization to meet their needs within policy constraints, and make changes to drive channel/segment growth where possible.
• Leverage the appropriate tools to improve sales effectiveness and pursue improvement of channel or customer segment capabilities across multiple geographies (including development of customer or distributor insights; segmentation and value proposition; sales tools and platforms; channel effectiveness; customer management practices).
• Design and implement business process standards and deliver programs / campaigns to ensure they are adhered to.
