Recruitment Specialist

PT GWS Medika is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying job requirements to selecting and recommending qualified candidates. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
2. Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
3. Screen and assess resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
4. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
