As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping educational institutions attract and enroll prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise between the institution and potential students, ensuring a smooth and seamless recruitment process. You will act as a representative of the institution, promoting its programs and benefits to prospective students, while also assisting applicants in navigating the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

·Student Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and educational events, to promote the institution's academic programs and opportunities.

·Advising and Counselling: Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable courses or programs based on their academic background and career aspirations.

·Application Management: Manage the student application process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately and within specified deadlines.

·Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, high school counselors, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of the institution and enhance its reputation.

·Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, campus visits, and informational sessions, to attract prospective students and generate interest in the institution.

·Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective students, tracking their progress through the recruitment process and providing regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Strong persuasive abilities to attract and engage potential students.

·Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

·Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

·Familiarity with educational systems and admission processes is advantageous.

·Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.

·Willingness to travel and participate in recruitment events, as required.
