Student Success - Project Based

THE POSITION

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Student Success. In general, you need to provide helpful information regarding Cakap features to students and maintain existing students. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Maintain the existing students to experience effective classes.
• Have an experience in outbond customer service would be an advantage
• Conduct surveys regarding students’ experiences.
• Help students regarding Cakap features: Cakap chat, club, and private class.

Requirements and specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education.
• Prior working experience as a Customer Service.
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Willing to commit in the project base for 6 months contract
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
• Good administrative skills and ability to create good requirement documentation.
