Overview A Recruitment Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a company. They are responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that the company meets its hiring goals. Detailed Job Description The Recruitment Executive is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. This includes researching and identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. The Recruitment Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that the company meets its hiring goals. • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in recruitment
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of job boards and other recruitment sources
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Experience in interviewing and selecting candidates
• Experience in managing the recruitment process
