Job Description

About Us

Logisly is a B2B logistics digital platform that connects shippers with thousands of trucks from hundreds of verified corporate carriers under our network. We aim to reshape the future and ease the high cost of logistics in Indonesia, by increasing utilization of trucks and providing more certainty in managing supply chains through a wide network of reliable transport, order transparency, and automation.

Currently, we have partnered with more than 1500 trucking companies (with around 70000 fleets) and around 500 shippers from various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, constructions, e-commerce, and many more.


Your Responsibilities

  • Liaise with users, hiring managers, senior managers, and external hiring partners throughout the whole selection process
  • Involve and implement the employer branding strategies and initiatives
  • Document all recruitment progress in the database to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
  • Involve in manpower planning meetings, liaise with all stakeholders to gather manpower needs and requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various levels and positions (from manpower requisition, scheduling, and interviewing to onboarding)
  • Involve in People Ops Projects to define, establish, and improve end-to-end processes in People Ops department
  • Serve as the representative for external hiring partners (executive search firms/headhunting firms, campus career centers, job portals, assessment providers, etc)
  • Assist new joiners from pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding, up to the probation/contract reviews


What you will need in this role

  • Good communication in English
  • Strong passion for continuous improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant majors from reputable universities with min GPA of 3.00
  • Great analytical thinking and top-notch problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner, quickly adapts to novel situations, meticulous, and well-organized
  • Ability to catch up with the fast-paced environment
  • Ability to articulate, defend, and challenge ideas
  • Passionate about a candidate and employee experience
  • 3-4+ years of recruitment experience in the technology industry/startup/headhunting/executive search firms
