Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with content creators and multimedia specialists to develop multimedia content, including text, images, videos, interactive elements, and assessments. Ensure alignment between the lesson objectives, content, and instructional materials.
• Stay abreast of current research, methodologies, and technologies related to lesson development and education technology. Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in instructional design and educational research.
• Ensure the accuracy, validity, and quality of the lesson content and materials. Review and edit lesson materials for clarity, coherence, and alignment with curriculum standards and educational guidelines.
• Analyze assessment results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the lesson development process. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Willing to work for 7–10 hours per week
• Work From Anywhere (WFA)
• This is a voluntary position, i.e., there is no direct financial compensation, a promise of future paid work, or any taxable benefit in kind.
• Able to attend a minimum of 3 meetings per week
• Commitment to contribute in Company for 3 months
