This position is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of marketing and sales functions, while providing support for strategic business development. This person will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and will assume responsibility for monitoring and analyzing leads to enrollment activities against goals. This person will establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. This person will also be providing local leadership for business development and strategic initiatives for Indonesia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading Sales and Marketing activities of Raffles College :
- In charge of all sales activities departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the Company.
- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Deliver KPI’s set by senior management of the company.
- Analyze student numbers statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Establishes performance goals of sales and marketing department
- Coach and monitors performance on a continual basis to develop sales and Marketing professional.
- Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
- Develops the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
- Design and implement innovative Sales and Marketing strategies to acquire leads and convert to application and enrollment.
- Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan.
- Coordinates sales and marketing operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
- Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
- Seeks out and targets new markets and new opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets effectively.
- Involve in developing new programs.
- Improving customer satisfaction that will result in effective words of mouth marketing strategies.
- Presenting regular progress report.
- Conduct Presentations and negotiations with other parties
Leading business development and strategic initiatives for the Company growth
- Develop a network of feeder schools with pathways
- Pursue strategic partnerships with universities and other higher education institutions in Indonesia, with priority on institutions based in Jakarta.
- Provide regular update on market trends and regulatory development in Indonesia’s higher education sector
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May perform other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management from time to time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Proven Track Record with at least 15+ years experiences in sales marketing area, especially in International College area.
- Experienced in managerial level/senior level 10+ years
- Minimum age 35 years old in 2023.
- Great energy, drive, interpersonal skills and integrity.
- Experience in managing a sales and marketing team.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa
- MBA or Master degree preferred.
