Director Of Sales & Marketing (Mobile Content Distributor)

One of our clients specializing in mobile content distribution and mobile games is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing with the details below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve existing services/products and lead the creation, development, and launch of new service.
• Oversee all Marketing, Sales and Biz Dev processes to ensure the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.
• Collaborate with the owner on three-year plans for corporate growth and evolution.
• Assist in compiling and controlling the company's budget.
• Show strong communication skills and excellent, error-free written English.
• Plan, develop, execute and monitor all sales, marketing and business development activities of the company.
• Optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives.
• Lead daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Products, Sales, CuCa, Community Management, etc).

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge of mobile or/and video ecosystems.
• Proven experience as Marketing Manager/Chief Marketing Officer/Sales Director or relevant roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Super strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• MBA and/or experience collaborating with business leaders and display of having led teams successfully.
• Ability to work effectively with internal leaders as well as external customers and partners.
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
• Experience in FMCG, brand management, telco and/or content management is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in ENGLISH.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Understanding of business functions in IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental teams.
