Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training and Change specialist to join our digital transformation company. As the Training and Change specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the training and change management initiatives within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that support a smooth transition to digital technologies and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation, training, and change management.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, including training manuals, job aids, and online resources.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to support their transition to new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and materials to support the adoption of digital technologies and processes.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for different departments and job roles.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a positive change culture.
  • Lead change management initiatives by creating change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to develop training content that aligns with business objectives and digital transformation goals.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and change management roles, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-driven organization.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs using various methods, including classroom training, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or automation, and their impact on business processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Model.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to collect and analyze data to measure the impact of training and change initiatives.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or relevant training certifications would be a plus.
