Training Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities

• Organize Training Internal (New Hire, Internal Training & Refreshment)
• Collaborate with China and Indonesia Product team related about features and Product Knowledge
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of skill & work ethic technique into the employees
• Create Module related about new features, product release and train all company members
• Stay in touch with the new trends and tools required for the training
• Create syllabus Training and timeline for training schedule (Weekly - Monthly)
• Develop materials of handsout, instructional materials, and manuals
• Identify training needs by evaluating strenght and weaknesses of employees
• Create FAQ about Product knowledge for Operational team
• Provides and Support Customer Services needs related about ProductKnowledge

Qualifications

• 2-3 year experience as Product Training Specialist / Training Specialist in Omnichannel / Saas company
• Ability to present complex information regarding to product
• Fast learne have common knowledge on Omnichannel / Saas flow
• Ability to pinpoint and design the training needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Min. Bachelor degree in all major preferably Education
• Advances research ability to update on product
• Good analytical thinking and very detail oriented
• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be plus point
• Profeciency in Ms. Office
