Key Responsibilities

• Acclimate internal employees to the business and conduct regulars training sessions
• Collaborating with various universities, associations and third-parties for training programmes
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
• Responsible for preparing training for customers, partners and public classes and make sure the training delivery smoothly
• Managing our training partners for training delivery and resales
• Manage training records and prepare training reports and analysis reports
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

Skills Requirement

• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/SQL skills are highly preferred.
• Good PowerPoint Skills is a must.
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Fluent in English and Bahasa is a must. Strong understanding in Chinese would be a huge plus. Demonstrate good team work with members across regions under high pressure circumstance
• Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement.
• 3+ years' experience working within a high-growth, internet or IT company, understanding of cloud compute industry.
• Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies, strong pioneering and innovative spirit.
