Product Specialist (Diabetic Care) – Bandung

:

• Deploy resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin and base cost control.
• Product Specialist for diabetic care related product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit.
• Create appropriate marketing materials for the related Product Segments and provide training to the Sales Team, Channel Partners, Key Accounts and relevant customers in Indonesia.
• Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant Guidance Solutions products, techniques, applications and tender support.
• Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the sales team.
• Develop and implement a business/sales plan for assigned channels.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for partner to ensure a constant flow of information business (Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities).
• Provides channels partners with the support & information needed to facilitate their commercial and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years as Product Specialist (Experiences in Diabetic Care or Medical Devices Area)
• Having analytical skills and strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (both with internal parties and external)
• Have good skills in marketing activity, including strategic selling and negotiation, or product marketing or related field.
• Attention to detail.
• Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling)
• Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
