Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
• Create compelling sales proposals that highlight the benefits of your products or services and address the customer's needs.
• Use a variety of channels to identify potential customers, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
• Work with customers to negotiate mutually beneficial contracts.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Assess the potential of each lead to become a customer by understanding their needs and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related field.
• Highly collaborative and good at multitasking.
• Minimum 1 years experience in Sales/BD/Operations.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa.
• Comfortable with the fast-paced working style, organized, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail.
• Extraordinary person with a positive and humble demeanor.
