Dejitaru studio part of PT Digital Mediatama Pasifik is currently recruiting for Sales Business Development, this position based in Gading Serpong - Tangerang.

Dejitaru Sudio is a digital agency based in Tangerang. We are focus on digital campaign, social media management, digital ads, SEO, website, photo and videography.
What will you do
Sales Business Development is a role within a company that focuses on generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. The main goal of Sales Business Development is to idnetify and engage with prospects, qualify their needs and ultimately convert them into qualified sales leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilites:
- Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion our services to the existing customer base.
- Develops sales of our services and searches for new customers
- Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issue that need to be addressed
- Reviews own sales performances againts objectives and adjust focus to achieve sales goals
- Sales strategy & planning
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their on going success and loyalty
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years as Agency Business Development
- Proven experience as an Sales Business Development or similar role preferably in a senior position
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and achieving sales target
-Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills
- English proficiency
