We're Sabda Creative, a social media agency based in Tangerang. And currently is looking for Business Development Officer Experienced in Beauty Industry candidate.

Requirement:


  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field;
  2. Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing specially in beauty industry;
  3. Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communcation skill are essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders;
  4. Negotiation skill: The ability to negotiate and close deals is crucial to achieve the targets;
  5. Relationship-building skill: Building and maintaining strong relationship with clients, partners, and internal teams is essential;
  6. Market knowledge: Familiar with industry, market trends, and competition is valuable for identifying new business opportunities;
  7. Analytical skill: Excellent to analyze data ad market information to make informed decisions;
  8. Goal-oriented: Being driven to meet and exceed targets and achieve business growth objectives;
  9. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business strategies is important in the dynamic field;
  10. Team player: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the overall success of the company is critical.

  1. Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for the company's beauty products or services;
  2. Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitors in the beauty market;
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and potential clients to expand the company's presence in the industry;
  4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional campaigns that align with market demands;
  5. Negotiate and close deals with potential partners and clients, while ensuring the development of mutually beneficial agreements.
