We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our leading IOT (Internet of Things) company in Indonesia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative IOT products and solutions to potential customers in various industries. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in Indonesia, including businesses, organizations, and industries that can benefit from our IOT products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends related to IOT technology.
- Initiate and develop sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and effectively manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our IOT products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their specific needs, providing effective solutions and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation of our IOT solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms in line with company policies and objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our IOT offerings in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IOT technology, concepts, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualification:
Preferred: Background in Engineering, with an understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems and building infrastructure. Experience in these areas and knowledge of how our IOT solutions can enhance efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and optimize operations will be highly valued.
