Job Description

This role requires leading and coordinating training activities for a leading global manufacturing company located in Banten, Indonesia.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related degree is required.
  • 5+ years' experience in training and developing Industrial learning programs in manufacturing industry.
  • Having good leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of training programs, training needs analysis, development assessment tools, training effectiveness measurement, industrial manufacturing general processes, and relevant topics including managing audits.
  • Experienced in coordinating and organizing trainings as well as project management.
  • Proficient English level both in written and conversation.
  • Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
