Job Description

  • Assist & actively help HR manager in other HR activities area
  • HR administration activities
  • Data management & storing documents
  • Record all data, inquiries & team needs to be adressed further with management team
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management team
  • Assist HR manager in conducting recruitment process
  • Monitoring employees productivity through ASANA & weekly activities


Qualification

  • Able to keep all confidential data & documents
  • Bright personality & easy going
  • Attention to detail & have a good initiative
  • Able to work in hybrid system in Tangerang, Gading Serpong/BSD/Alam Sutera
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in hybrid system
  • Final year student from Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication skills both verbal & written
  • Able to join immediately
  • Responsible & reliable
