Job Description
HR Organizational Development Specialist
Responsible for driving the overall organizational development strategy and executing various HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, training and development, people development, and organization planning. As an HR Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve our organizational goals.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree Management or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR or Organization Management
• Excellent communication skill and proactively work across division
• Understand and familiar with Competency based HR
• Required language : English
• Will be placed in Intramega Global's sister company : Spectrum Unitec in Jatake, Tangerang
