Product Lead (Hris) Jobs

As being our Product Lead for HRIS (Human Resources Information System), your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilites:

• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product. Also the list of features, user stories, bugs, and technical tasks that need to be addressed in the development process.
• Able to manage critical decisions about the product's direction, features, and priorities. This involves balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Ensuring that the development team works on the right things at the right time, resulting in a product that delivers value to customers and aligns with the business's goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Knowing the customer needs, business value, technical dependencies, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Min 5 years of product experience.
• Strong understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and the ability to translate market trends into product strategies.
