Job Description

Responsibilities :


  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs
  • Perform Testing Support, ensure smoothness in Testing and Delivery
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics to support of human resources operations.
  • Analyse the current processes, system implementation and tools to propose and implement improvement to increase efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including, maintenance, system implementation.
  • Analyse user requirement and giving effort estimation upon ERP - HRIS capability collaborate with internal team and partner


Qualifications :


  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or related field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 2 years working experiences as HRIS Officer
  • Extensive business process and functional knowledge
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
