Human Resources Generalist / Hr Officer

Now we are looking for the candidate to fill up the position of HR Generalist / HR Officer , with requirements:”

Responsibilities

1. Actively involved In end to end Recruitment Process (define specific roles, source candidates, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth offer, etc)
2. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
3. Perform on boarding and exit clearance processes
4. Record and updated internal attendance management (sick leave, presence, etc)
5. Maintain and updates employee database and keep confidential data securely
6. Support to GA Administrative tasks
7. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in the related fields
2. Have proven experience in Human Resources minimum 2 years
3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
4. Through knowledge of labor laws
5. Adaptive with fast-paced environment
6. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, (oral and written)
7. Will be located in South of Jakarta
