Job Description

Descriptions:

  • Expert advisory on best practices of HR Core & Talent, review implementation plan and suggest ways to improve the plan, review the execution according to plan and help debottleneck challenges as they arise.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR module implementation
  • Help with scope & Change request management, risk management, testing plan/execution, rollout & deployment plan and user training plan to ensure timely value capture and completion of implementation
  • Review business process recommendations (from BPR), find ways to standardize processes with best practice S/4 HR Core & Talent for Utilities and review implementation progress against the plan.
  • Create documents / diagrams / other artifacts as needed.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, a related field, or the equivalent experience
