Melaksanakan performance management yang meliputi performance planning, monitoring, evaluation (penilaian kinerja) serta pelaksanaan reward dan punishment untuk anggota tim.
Merencanakan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin produksi (Preventive Maintenace).
Mempelajari spesifikasi dan data mesin produksi untuk persiapan pergantian spare part secara rutin (Predictive Maintenance).
Membuat prosedur-prosedur instalasi, perbaikan dan penggunaan mesin/alat/listrik agar secara teknis dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan aman.
Membuat jadwal kerja shift untuk team (Hari kerja biasa atau tukar hari).
Menyelesaikan dan mengontrol ulang semua penyimpangan yang terjadi baik dari laporan atau yang terlihat langsung dalam permasalahan teknis.
