PT South Pacific Viscose (SPV), a member of Lenzing Group Austria, is located in Purwakarta, West Java. Strategically located between the capital city of Jakarta and West Java’s capital, Bandung, Purwakarta Regency was once better known as an industrial area. As the largest viscose site of the Lenzing Group, the Indonesia site has been a producer of botanic Viscose Staple Fibers and Sodium Sulfate since 1982. SPV has grown successfully over the last almost four decades to the largest viscose site of the Lenzing group with its present capacity of more than 320,000 tons of Viscose Fibers and 190,000 tons of Sodium Sulfate. Lenzing's wood-based botanic fibers are used in the textile and nonwovens industry and manufactured with eco-friendly processes.

Water & Wastewater Treatment Head

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment, with minimum 15 years of total work experience
• Willing to move and work in Purwakarta, West Java
• Excellent communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in leading a team with diverse background
• Experience working with SAP or PIMS
• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering

Purpose of the Job and Process Responsibilities:

• Lead, empower, and develop the team to increase capabilities and ensure succession planning is in place.
• To ensure continuous availability of water to be supplied to other customer Production with certain quality and quantity, and to treat the wastewater generated from production to meet government standard parameter.
• Manage the water and wastewater treatment plant and the team to plan and realize the production of purified water and treatment of wastewater in a way which satisfies SPV internal customers as well as legal requirements on emissions to the environment, using available resources in an efficient and economical way.
