We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Field & Desk Collection Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and building a team of desk and field collection specialists. Your primary focus will be on managing collection activities, ensuring timely payments, conducting field visits for overdue payments, and monitoring client production. Your strong collection capabilities, leadership skills, and commitment to ethical practices will contribute to the success of our collections efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site checks of client production three days after the first transaction to ensure compliance.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Credit Assurance.
• Monitor payment due dates and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead and build a team of desk and field collection specialists.
• Send payment reminders to clients via email and sales consultants prior to the due date.
• Make reminder calls to clients on the due date to facilitate prompt payment.
• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections is a must.
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and honesty
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in field collection techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong desk collection capabilities
