Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

Lead and manage the Sales Force Effectiveness function by developing and implementing a comprehensive SFE framework to oversee all SFE activities.

Drive and monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and segmentation/targeting to improve customer engagement.

Have experience in SFE Pharmacy/Nutrition/FMGC

Implement Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Track, analyze, and compare sales force KPI achievements to identify productivity gaps and recommend actions/initiatives to stakeholders to close these gaps.

Lead the entire SFE process for perfect implementation, including planning, sales team communication, and execution tracking.
