Field Training Associate Manager Jobs

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Additional certifications in sales training or learning methodologies are a plus.

Create comprehensive and engaging training programs for field sales representatives, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, industry trends, and customer engagement strategies.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, focusing on individual skill development, performance improvement, and addressing specific challenges.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong team collaboration skills, working closely with different departments to align training initiatives with broader company objectives.

Confident and engaging presentation skills in English, both in person and virtually.

Great understanding of fundamental salesmanship and sales force management

Great understanding of territory and distributor management

Making sure Sales team competencies are in accordance with the company requirement to drive the Business

Great communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
