Job Description

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for new seller verification according to Company's seller policy.
  • Reviewing the documents uploaded and information input by the seller regarding the identity and bank information.

Secondary responsibilities

  • Spotting and alert the suspicious activity in new seller registration process.
  • Contribute in the onboarding verification improvement process in order have a better seller onboarding journey.
  • Create and present report regarding the on-going process weekly and monthly.


Requirement

  • Intermediate level in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint operations/knowledge.
  • Preferably Have experience in e-commerce.
  • Minimum S1 education – Fresh graduate is welcome.
