Job Description

Qualifications

  • Min. 1 year of experience as Admin/Sales Support/Sales Admin or any related position
  • Bachelor degree from any major is very welcomed
  • English must be communicative and proactive


Responsibilities

  • Reporting to superior daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Handle responding to inquiries from the company's web page and other SNS etc
  • Handling purchasing orders and delivery note
  • Developing monthly sales reports
  • Provide an update on sales and customer records.
  • Checking data accuracy of orders and invoices
  • Handle managing SNS
  • Handling sales administration in following up on sales orders, delivery, and invoice
  • Administration tasks
  • Other tasks related to this position
  • Making documents and managing them
