Head Of Logistic & Procurement

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Logistic & Procurement to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Understand the flow in the process of procurement and purchasing of goods/material

Understand export import procedures

To ensure all orders are in accorddance with requests from user

To ensure sufficient material stock

Maintain relationship and conduct good negotiations with all vendors/suppliers

Understand the process of making inventory control from incoming goods to outgoing

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle

Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

Fluent in Mandarin is a must.

Requirements :

D3 or S1 degree

Have a minimum of five years work experiences in the field of logistics and procurement

Strong negotiation skill

able to work with a team and independently

willingness to work outdise of regular business hours is needed

ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
