Financing Modelling Department Head

Requierments:

1. Have an undergraduate degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics, information technology, engineering, data analytics, computer science).
2. Excellent in using statistic tool such as R, Phyton, SAS.
3. Excellent in using data analytical tool such SQL, Oracle or advanced MS Excel skills such Macro VBA.
4. Excellent in using Tableau to tell a quantitative story through data visualizations. Write, execute, complex SAS ,SQL, ORACLE queries and validate results.
5. Have experience working with secured and unsecured lending products and experience building unsecured lending credit risk modelling.
6. Have knowledge in credit risk and experience in banking, multi-finance or fintech companies.
7. Strong analytical skill, highly detailed, fast learner, outgoing personality with strong communication, proven team work capabilities are required.
8. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills

:

1. Develop, enhance and analyze credit scoring modelling, anti-fraud model for banking product (consumer, retail, micro sme) with statistic method to optimize controlling credit acquisition, underwriting and screening process.
2. Continuously improve the models performance and validating of new and existing credit risk models.
3. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets or database.
4. Perform data gathering, cleansing from any data sources and appropriately implemented in data mart and analytical framework.
5. Provide Underwriting strategy, ad hoc analysis and solving problems with an analytical, data-driven approach
6. Manage team and are responsible for quality of output.
