Memimpin tim Finance dan Human Capital, memberikan arahan, melaksanakan evaluasi kinerja, dan mengembangkan potensi anggota tim.

Pendidikan minimal S1 dibidang keuangan dan/atau SDM dan/atau akuntansi dan/atau bidang terkait. Diutamakan S1 Manajemen Keuangan dan/atau SDM.

Pengalaman manajerial yang kuat dibidang terkait, minimal 3-5 tahun.

Menguasai dan mendalami tentang rasio keuangan, strategi keuangan, peraturan ketenagakerjaan, serta praktik-praktik dalam pengelolaan SDM.

Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan bernegosiasi yang efektif, serta kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah.

Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi keuangan.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.

Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long term staff requirements.

Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience and have a strong HR foundations on recruiting, training & development, talent management, payroll/benefits, and compliance management (Indonesia's employment law)

At least have 5 years of Human Resources Management experience

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Leading and developing performance management process to achieve business goals and results in the creation of internal top talent

Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management are preferred

Provide counseling to managers or employees regarding development initiatives, career progression, policies, and procedures

Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process

A minimum of 7 years of experience working as an Equity/Fixed Income/Credit Analyst and/or Portfolio Manager.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Bloomberg experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Bachelor degree in finance, economics, business, statistics, mathematics or relevant related fields;

Idea generation integrating a rigorous bottom-up approach with top-down macro views.

Min 10 years of experience in consumer treasury business

Have a good interpersonal skill and able to engage with shareholders and C-level

Retail Banking background|Expert in FX, Fixed Income & Structured Products

Do product training to sales and advisory team

Do market update and market research

Educate affluent customers in the bank
