Job responsibilities:

• Use established social media for recruitment
• Develop and organize internal training programs
• Perform end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, terminations, resignations, changes in job classifications, and employee timesheets
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations
• Maintain company policies
• Provide legal documents if needed
• Assist new hires on the onboarding program
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

Requirements:

• Good communication skill in English and Indonesian (must be able to deliver a good presentation)
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, must be able to improve performance through management feedback
• Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
• Good skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a team/individual
• Professional integrity and proactive.
