Minimum a Bachelor's Degree graduated from psychology major, technical industry, human resource management, or equivalent.

Has 5 years and more experience in HRBP, Organization Development, and also handling Training in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment/device company.

Good skills in negotiation, communication, and a sense of business growth strategies.

Good in English (speaking and reading).

Leverage in-depth Human Resource functional knowledge to deliver differentiated custom solutions to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs.

Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and implementation discussions to maintain a smooth workflow and conduct necessary knowledge transfers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be an expert on Darwinbox product across all modules by leveraging the training and on the job expertise.

Own the solutioning via being adept on RFPs (Request for Proposals) and solution fitment.

Assist the consultants/sr. consultants in system configuration setups, POC (Proof of concept) setups, contextual product demo setups etc.

Experience and have a strong HR foundations on recruiting, training & development, talent management, payroll/benefits, and compliance management (Indonesia's employment law)

At least have 5 years of Human Resources Management experience

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Leading and developing performance management process to achieve business goals and results in the creation of internal top talent

Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management are preferred

Provide counseling to managers or employees regarding development initiatives, career progression, policies, and procedures

Has 5 years and more experience in HRBP, Organization Development, and also handling Training.

At least 5 years of working experience at the managerial level.

Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.

Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
