About Our Client


Our client is Manufacturing Company, and currently looking for Excellent Professional Leader with good Integrity to manage HR Department.


Required Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience to manage team and can be a problem solver to organization required
  • Having experiences minimum 10 years in Human Resources
  • Excellent strategic and operational planning experience
  • Solid previous experience either in manufacturing or Mining industry


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle & organize HR Strategy
  • Giving recommendations for HR decisions to BoD
  • Review Company Policy and make sure everything is well implemented
  • Review Company Regulation
  • Update company SOP
