General Manager Human Capital

Main responsibilities :

• Providing support for the company's needs now and in the future by creating, involving, inspiring, and maintaining human capital
• To establish, review and update employee agreement, company regulation, collective labor agreement, policies and procedures to be in line with government laws and regulations according to company business needs
• Manage compensation benefit program, including payroll and labor tax
• Manage the implementation of Human Capital program, such learning management, organization development, talent management, performance management, career development/ succession planning, selection & recruitment, compensation, health and welfare benefits, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
• Manage the Industrial Relations and build of constructive relationships between all stakeholders
• Creating and preparing succession, development, and career path plans

Requirements :

• Willing to regular traveling to Kalimantan.
• Has strong knowledge on all relevant Human Capital Development, Human Capital Operation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment and Change Management
• Bachelor Degree of Master Degree in related education background
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, well organized
• Good in English
• Minimum 15 years experience in Palm Oil Industry
