Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management

Manage the documents, include: contract, SOP, leave form, memo, and employee reimbursement

Having experience maintaining HR Operations & HRIS System, is a PLUS

Sound organisational and interpersonal skills

Providing support for Human Capital Division daily operational.

Responsible for daily and monthly attendance report, annual leave, sick and maternity leave.

Bachelor’s degree from all majors (preferably from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or Management).

Have organizational experience especially in team development or event organizing.

Assist in the recruitment process and administer a variety of Human Capital programs

Scheduling and conduct user interview

Preparing administrative for new joiner

Ability to multitask and result oriented.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or any related area with minimum GPA 3.00.

Have excellent time management skills and able to work multitasking with a tight deadline

Preparing employee benefits such as payroll, reimbursement, BPJS administrations, etc.

Manage office needs and performs other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.

Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

Assist in researching and analyzing HR trends and best practices to contribute to the improvement of HR initiatives.

Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employement laws.

Managed the day-to-day operations of live classes

Operate and monitor the backend system by scheduling classes to ensure all students have a smooth experience

At least Bachelor's Degree in any field (Bachelor of Education is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Membantu proses pembayaran dan realisasi terkait biaya program atau kegiatan HC

Membantu merapihkan dokumen dan laporan terkait Human Capital seperti Absensi, Administrasi HC, dan payroll

Memiliki pemahaman terkait administrasi dan laporan berkaitan dengan human capital

Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai HC Payroll atau beneit seperti BPJS, Asuransi, Absensi

Melakukan filing dokument, arsip dan dok kontrak

Membantu kegiatan internal (gathering, internal training dll) yang diadakan di perusahaan

Mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi atau Human Resource yang sedang skripsi / periode magang

Memiliki minat di bidang HR

Diutamakan memiliki pengetahuan tentang recruitment, org development, people development will be an advantage

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menggunakan komputer

Type: Part-Time (min of 20 hours per week)

You will perform one or more (not all) of the job functions:

• Reply to applicants’ emails, screen replies, and schedule interviews with senior HR staff

• Post job ads on general career websites, university, and college career websites, and internship websites

• Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs
