Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs upon request for annual property budgeting purposes.

Has 5 years and more experience in HRBP, Organization Development, and also handling Training in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment/device company.

Good skills in negotiation, communication, and a sense of business growth strategies.
