We are hiring a Human Resources and General Affair Assistant Manager to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with relevant government and statutory bodies
  • Participate in HR initiatives for the long-term success of the organization
  • Compile and update employee records (Attendance)
  • Implement human resource practices in accordance with federal laws, policies, and procedures
  • Handle HR-related investigations
  • Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
  • Administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employees relations, corporate culture, organization development, career planning and development, and compensation and benefits
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in a timely manner with zero inaccuracies
  • Assist the HR manager in leading and managing human resource activities in line with the organization’s values, culture, and business plan


Job Requirement:

  • Excellent communication skill is a must
  • Experience in payroll is an added advantage
  • Acknowledge Analytics (Google, etc) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with GPA above 3.0/4.0
  • Punctual, self-starter, persuasive, able to work under pressure
  • Well-organized with a high sense of urgency
  • Having Accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Pragmatic, emphatic, and highly analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
  • Fluent in English (Both Written and Oral)
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management from a reputable University with GPA above 3.0/4.0
  • Work from Office (WFO)
