Human Resources & General Affair Intern

[PAID INTERNSHIP]

Your responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide HR guidance and support on a range of issues, such as data privacy and commercial contracts.
• You will assist the HRGA department in conducting Item research and analysis on various Type, Quality,& Price.
• You will support to maintain and organized files and documentation.
• Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
• Participate in the employer branding activities
• General administration duties
• You will support to review and translate draft contracts, agreements, and other documents.
• You will assist in preparing for and attending meetings and negotiations as required.
• Participate in the Make PowerPoint Presentation

Requirements

• You are strong attention to details coupled with a solution orientated approach
• Available for at least 6 months
• You have strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply or Magang Merdeka Kemendikbud are welcome to apply
• You are self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude
• Energetic and fast learner
• Willing to Work from the office (Grand Slipi Tower, Jakarta Barat)
• You have good interpersonal skills and willingness to take initiative
• Can join ASAP
• Have exposure in the recruitment or employer branding field is preferred
• Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
