Requirements

• Ability to administer HR duties such as payroll, reward & punishment management, training management, etc
• S1/Bachelor in Psychology/HR Management/Administration/Law
• Ability to administer GA duties such as inventory, purchasing, report, etc
• Psychology bachelor that able to administer and scoring Psychology Test (such as Papi Kostick, DISC, Kraepelin, Grafis,etc) is a big plus
• Experience in Recruitment Process/Talent Acquisition
• Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skill in English
• 2 years of experience working in HR/GA
• General knowledge on latest Indonesia's Labor Law
• Experience in working at Digital Agency HR is a plus

Placement: Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan

• Assist employee development and training program
• Manage cultural and employee initiatives, such as wellbeing, corporate events, and recognition
• In charge of continuous the hiring process by selecting candidates, checking references, and distributing employment contracts
• Provide suggestions for methods to inspire staff
• Manage company and employee database and files
• Create reports on general HR activity
• Provide office purchasing needs, reimburse, petty cash, and other aspects related
• Handle employee concerns
• Conduct orientations and update new hires records
• Assist recruitment or employee profiling and evaluation
• Distribute, apply, implement company policies to employees
• Maintain asset, asset inventory, GA administration and schedule
• In charge of all aspects relating to internal and external HRIS
• Maintain and handle communication with company's vendors and legal aspects such as permits and BPJS
