Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate accommodation and logistics for business visitors
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and assist in budget tracking
  • Manage office facilities, ensuring a clean and well-maintained working environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations, and maintaining inventory
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing documents, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements


Requirements:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general affairs, office administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using office productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
