Job Description

Responsibilities:
As an accurate verificatory and to organize employee’s claim and vendor’s invoice, including to prepare a consolidated master data provided for internal business unit review and accounting/finance remittance.
To execute General Affair support in alignment of the needs of sales, marketing and corporate management activities in the organization. To control activity related to General Affair operation and timely submitted report as per SLA defined by Team Lead.
Requirements:
● Min Diploma/Bachelor degree in any major.
● Multi-tasking person, fast worker, able to meet and can stand with the high demands in fast-paced environment.
● Minimal 2 years experiences in General Affair.
● Having good knowledge on procurement and purchasing.
● Good communication and analytical thinking.
● Strong in Ms. Excel is a must and Word, plus reporting skill is required.
● Familiar with SAP purchasing module would be an advantage.
General Requirements:
● Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa.
● Minimum GPA 3.00, computer literate esp, MS. Office.
● Mature, independent, good team work, good interpersonal.
● Communication skills, high integrity.
● Able to work under pressure.
