👑 Job Role

• Melakukan pengelolaan proses administrasi pembayaran GA
• Melakukan analisa kebutuhan fasilitas kantor
• Melakukan pengadaan dan penyimpanan ATK dan Inventory perusahaan
• Melakukan analisa biaya atas penyediaan dan perawatan seluruh fasilitas dan sarana penunjang aktivitas kantor
• Melakukan pengelolaan kebersihan dan pemeliharaan sarana kantor dan gedung
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemeliharaan dan perizinan pemakaian kendaraan/inventaris perusahaan kantor Pusat dan Cabang

⛩️ Requirements

• Menguasai Microsoft Office
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
• Pendidikan minimal D3, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen
• Mengetahui tentang general affair dan Asset management
• Memiliki pengalaman yang sama minimal 1 tahun
